The following terms apply to the Hampton Law SMS Notifications program:

  • Program Name: Hampton Law SMS Notifications
  • Program Description: Hampton Law, PLLC sends text messages to existing clients for appointment reminders, case status updates, and billing notifications.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive up to approximately 10 messages per month.
  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
  • SMS Number: Text messages from Hampton Law are sent from (336) 518-9606. This is a text-only number; to call our office, use (336) 900-6130.
  • Opt-In: By signing a client engagement agreement that includes SMS consent, or by texting START to (336) 518-9606, you agree to receive text messages from Hampton Law, PLLC.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to (336) 518-9606. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from this program.
  • Help: For assistance, text HELP to (336) 518-9606, or call our office at (336) 900-6130.
  • Supported Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Compatible with major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others.

Severability
